Clash Zero 尊重用户对个人信息及网络连接信息的控制。本政策说明官网与官方 Windows、Android 客户端可能涉及的数据处理环节。是否由客户端开发者收集数据，应与第三方订阅服务、代理节点自身的处理行为区分。
01. 适用范围与运营者
本政策适用于 Clash Zero 官网（www.clash-zero.com）及通过官网提供的 Windows 和 Android 客户端。品牌展示为「由 翻墙王.com 出品」。
应用的正式法律运营主体：上线前填写与开发者账号一致的公司或个人名称。
隐私事务联系方式：上线前填写可正常接收邮件的隐私联系邮箱。
如果你通过其他分发渠道、第三方订阅服务或代理节点访问网络，相应服务可能适用其独立的隐私政策。
02. 我们可能处理哪些数据
官网访问
官网当前为静态网页，不要求注册账号。网页本身没有接入第三方广告或分析脚本。服务器、CDN 和防护服务仍可能在提供访问、故障排查和安全防护时处理 IP 地址、浏览器类型、访问时间、请求路径、响应状态及必要的安全日志，具体以实际部署配置为准。
网站仅使用浏览器本地存储来保存中英文语言偏好（键名 cz-language）；该偏好不会被网页脚本单独上传至我们的服务器。
Windows 客户端
已提供的 Windows 源码包含在设备本地保存的订阅配置、节点参数、代理模式、系统代理状态备份、使用偏好、流量统计及运行日志。这些信息可能包括你主动输入的订阅链接、代理服务器地址和配置文件内容。
通过订阅链接更新配置时，客户端会向订阅提供者发送网络请求；使用代理时，客户端按你选择的配置与节点建立连接。本地保存并不等于任何第三方均无法接触连接相关信息。
Android 客户端
安卓版已提供独立 APK 下载入口。但目前尚未取得该 APK 的完整代码、权限清单、第三方 SDK 清单与实际运行测试结果，因此无法仅凭官网确认其是否包含统计 SDK、崩溃报告、设备标识采集或其他远程上传行为。发布者应在正式使用本政策进行上架前逐项核验，并更新本节。
03. 网络代理与 Android VPN 权限
Clash Zero 属于网络代理工具。启用代理连接后，访问请求可能经由你自行配置的节点和网络服务处理；节点运营者、订阅提供者及目标网站可能根据其服务实现看到 IP 地址、目标域名、连接时间、流量大小或其他连接元数据。
如果 Android 版本使用系统 VpnService 建立设备级虚拟网络连接，操作系统会要求你授予 VPN 连接权限。VPN 权限的用途是将设备网络流量交由应用按已选择的代理规则处理；具体转发、加密、日志和第三方访问行为必须以实际 APK 审计结果为准。你可以在应用内断开连接，或在 Android 系统设置中撤销 VPN 授权。
本政策不是对任何第三方节点的「零日志」保证，也不应被理解为所有流量都自动端到端加密。请只导入信任的订阅和节点。

我们不会仅因为你打开本官网就主动要求上传代理配置。第三方 SDK 与 Android 端的数据共享情况，须以实际发布版本核验后如实补充。
05. 数据保留与删除
Windows 设备上的订阅、偏好、日志和流量记录存放于客户端本地数据目录；相关文件会持续保留，直到你在客户端中清除或自行删除。卸载 Windows 客户端不一定自动删除本地用户数据，需要时可在卸载前打开客户端数据目录进行核对。
官网服务器及 CDN 的访问、安全日志保留期：上线前核对并填写实际保留期限。Android 端本地数据和远程数据的保留与删除方法：APK 审计后补充。
第三方节点或订阅服务保存的数据由其运营者控制，需要向相应服务提供方提出查询或删除要求。
06. 你的选择与权利
- 可以不使用代理服务，仅查看官网或下载信息。
- 可以管理或移除你自行导入的订阅配置、断开代理，并在系统设置中撤销 Android VPN 权限（如适用）。
- 可以清除浏览器站点数据来重置网站语言偏好。
- 如需要查询、更正、删除由网站运营者实际持有的个人信息，可以通过下方隐私联系渠道提出请求；处理时可能需要核实请求人的身份。
如果未来客户端提供注册账号，需另外公开账号注销入口、删除范围和处理时限。
07. 信息安全与未成年人
我们应根据实际运行环境采取适当的访问控制、传输保护和软件更新措施。但互联网通信及第三方代理节点无法获得绝对安全保证，建议核验安装包来源、谨慎导入订阅，并及时更新系统。
Clash Zero 并非专门面向儿童设计；如果后续涉及未成年人个人信息处理，应依照适用法律及平台政策提供相应保护与同意机制。
08. 政策变更与联系我们
当产品功能、权限、第三方 SDK 或数据处理方式发生重要变化时，我们应更新本政策和生效日期，并视需要通过应用或网站提供通知；需要事先同意的处理不会仅凭政策更新代替用户同意。

Clash Zero respects your control over personal information and network connections. This policy explains possible data handling across our website and official Windows and Android apps. Data handled by independent subscription or proxy providers is distinct from data collected by the app publisher.
01. Scope and operator
This policy applies to Clash Zero, its official website (www.clash-zero.com) and the Windows and Android apps made available here. The product is branded as “Produced by 翻墙王.com”.
Legal operator: Add the legal name matching the developer account before publication.
Privacy contact: Add a working privacy contact email before publication.
Other distribution channels, subscription providers and proxy nodes may have separate privacy policies.
02. Data that may be processed
Website visits
The website is currently static and does not require account registration. Its pages do not currently include third-party advertising or analytics scripts. The hosting service, CDN and security provider may nonetheless process IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, requested URLs, response statuses and security logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, depending on the live server configuration.
The website stores a language preference locally in your browser under cz-language. The website script does not separately transmit that preference to our servers.
Windows client
The supplied Windows source saves subscription profiles, node parameters, proxy mode, system-proxy backups, preferences, traffic statistics and runtime logs on your device. These records may contain subscription URLs, proxy endpoint addresses and configuration contents supplied by you.
When a profile is refreshed, the client sends a network request to your chosen subscription provider. When proxying, the client connects to the servers specified by your configuration. Local app storage does not mean third-party network providers cannot observe connection-related information.
Android client
An Android APK download link is provided. We have not been supplied with the APK source, permissions list, third-party SDK inventory or a verified runtime assessment. We therefore cannot confirm from the website alone whether the Android app collects device identifiers, analytics, crash data or other information. The publisher must verify the distributed APK and update this section before using the policy in a store submission.
03. Proxy connections and Android VPN permission
Clash Zero is a network proxy utility. If enabled, requests may be routed through third-party proxy nodes selected by you. Depending on their operation, those providers, subscription services and destination websites may observe IP addresses, destination domains, connection times, traffic volumes or related metadata.
If the Android build uses the Android VpnService API for device-level traffic routing, Android will request your permission. The VPN permission is used to route device traffic through the app according to the selected rules. The actual routing, encryption, logging and third-party access must be verified against the shipped APK. You can disconnect the service or revoke VPN authorization in Android settings.
This policy does not promise “zero logging” by independent proxy providers and does not imply that all traffic is automatically end-to-end encrypted. Import profiles and nodes only from sources you trust.
04. Transfers and third parties

Simply opening this website does not cause the website script to upload your proxy profiles. Any Android SDK data collection or disclosure must be verified for the actual released app.
05. Retention and deletion
The Windows client stores profiles, preferences, logs and traffic counters in local app data. They remain until cleared in the client or manually deleted. Uninstalling the Windows app may leave its local user data behind. Review the app data folder if you want to remove it.
Website/CDN access and security log retention period: Confirm and specify the real period before publication. Android local/remote data retention and deletion methods: Complete after APK audit.
Independent subscription and proxy providers control their own retained data; please contact those providers for requests concerning such information.
06. Your choices and rights
- You may view the website without enabling a proxy.
- You may manage and delete profiles you imported, disconnect proxy services, and revoke Android VPN authorization where applicable.
- You may clear site data in your browser to reset your language preference.
- You may request access to, correction or deletion of personal data actually held by the website operator through the contact below. Identity verification may be necessary.
If future versions add user accounts, we will need to provide a separate account deletion method and explain its effects.
07. Security and children
Appropriate access controls, transport protection and security updates should be implemented in the deployed service. However, neither internet communications nor independent proxy nodes can offer absolute security. Verify installers, use trusted profile sources and keep your system updated.
Clash Zero is not specifically designed for children. Any future handling of children's personal data must follow applicable laws and platform requirements.
08. Updates and contact
Material changes to app features, permissions, third-party SDKs or data handling should be reflected in this policy and its effective date, with notice where appropriate. A policy update alone does not replace consent where it is legally required.
